Suncraft Seseragi 8.75″ Bread Knife, Left-Handed

This left-handed bread knife features two different styles of serrations. The wider wavy serrations near the tip cleanly saws through crunchy outer crusts, while the smaller micro serrations cleanly slice through the soft interior without tearing. This serration also works great for slicing delicate foods such as tomatoes. The 8.75″ long blade is big enough to cover larger loaves with a single slice and the gentle curve of the tapered blade makes this a great serrated slicing knife. It is made using high quality stainless steel, has a bolster for balance and a durable riveted pakkawood handle. Made in Japan.
